Introduction
Trayee Business Solutions provides business process support to some of the world's most respected brands. The trust our clients place in us to handle their customer data is hard earned, and we are fully committed to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality. Trayee is an ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management) certified organisation. This document outlines the nature of the information collected, its use and its protection.
What we collect, and how
Most of the activities we perform for our clients do not involve any collection of information from individual customers. We work with data provided directly by our clients on dedicated, secure networks, and we do not store confidential data that may identify individual customers on our own servers.
Certain activities, such as telecalling surveys or telemarketing, do involve collecting basic contact or demographic information from our clients' customers. If you are an existing customer of our client, we will call you only if authorised by that client. If you are a prospective customer, we will call you only if you have consented to receive marketing calls and you are not registered with the National Do Not Call Registry. We will always identify ourselves as representatives of our client, and our executives are trained never to misrepresent themselves. If you have a complaint about this, please see the section on feedback below.
Data we collect is stored temporarily on our servers until it is transferred to the end client. The section on protection below has more detail.
Any data submitted to Trayee on this website concerning career prospects is treated as Trayee's own data, and we will use it to contact prospective employees.
Information you send through this website
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number and your message, and we use them solely to respond to you.
When you apply for a job we collect the details you enter on the application form together with the CV you upload. Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public area of this website and are never accessible over the internet. We use this information only to assess your application and to contact you about it.
If you would like your application data or CV removed from our records, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
How is it used?
Information collected on a client's behalf is always transferred back to the client who requested it. Trayee does not own this information and does not use it for any other purpose.
Will we disclose information to third parties?
Trayee will never disclose the information it collects to any third party, unless clearly authorised and instructed to do so by the client who owns the data.
How do we protect it?
Process
The information we gather from our clients' end customers is either:
- captured directly into client-provided systems; or
- transferred to the client at regular intervals, after which it is purged from our servers. Transient data is stored and transferred using 128-bit encryption or higher.
People
Our employees are trained on how to adhere to our privacy and information security policies. They are also legally bound to comply through a strict non-disclosure undertaking, and we reserve the right to take punitive action in the case of any breach.
Feedback and complaints
If you have any questions about how your information may be used, or if you wish to register a complaint, please contact us. We are committed to resolving all complaints regarding breach of privacy within 24 hours.
