Sujatha Raju

Director · Founder

Sujatha founded Trayee Business Solutions to provide support services for a leading MNC bank in India — the first instance of that bank partnering with a third-party service provider anywhere in the Asia-Pacific region.

She is also the CEO of MMC Infotech Services, which she co-founded in 1990. MMC is a pioneer in the BPO industry and provides a wide range of banking support services to the Indian operations of two of the world's leading banks. Trayee and MMC are today two of the most experienced third-party service providers in the banking vertical in India.

She is also co-founder of two rural BPOs — India's first, SAI SEVA Business Solutions, and Ruralshores.

A passionate entrepreneur, she firmly attributes her success to the grace of God, and believes in treating all her employees as her own extended family — a spirit warmly reciprocated by everyone she works with.

Prashanth Raju

Chief Executive Officer · Director

Prashanth has led Trayee since 2005, following the completion of his MBA. With over 20 years of experience managing and expanding the business, he is deeply committed to raising quality and driving continuous process improvement through technology.

He holds a BTech in Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, and is co-founder of SAI SEVA Business Solutions, India's first rural BPO.

Saravanan Annamalai

Chief Operating Officer

Saravanan — or "Junior", as he is popularly known — is Chief Operating Officer. He has been with the organisation since 1993, making him one of the most seasoned professionals in the outsourcing sector, with nearly 32 years of experience.

He has transitioned, managed and improved processes across every client engagement. An excellent manager, he commands the respect of the entire organisation and drives the team forward with innovative thinking and a continuous focus on improvement.

Badrinath Narasimhan

Asst. Vice President · Voice Operations

Badri leads the Voice Operations division. He has been with the organisation for 28 years and is an expert in sales with a strong service orientation.

Known for his interpersonal skills, he excels at team leadership — he has managed a group of over 400 tele-callers across outbound operations including insurance sales, EMI loans, cross-selling and welcome calling.

Gayathri Maheish

Sr. Manager · Talent Acquisition and HR

Gayathri leads talent acquisition and human resources operations for the group.

Before joining in 2004 she spent ten years with HSBC, and has over 30 years in the banking and services industry. Her interpersonal skills and her track record in identifying the right people make her an invaluable asset.
